Welcome to official website of the Taxi League Non-Profit Partnership!

The Taxi League Non-Profit Partnership was incorporated in Saint-Petersburg in October 2008 on the initiative of the largest taxi carriers of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. On November 25, 2008, the Partnership was registered by the Russian Ministry of Justice.

The main goals of the Partnership are facilitation of self-regulation of taxi market, establishment of order in the field of taxi transportation, public struggle against illegal carriers and crime. The Taxi League protects economic interests of Partnership members and all legal members of taxi market, as well as assists in coordination of their activities.

Also the essential goal of the Taxi League is improvement of quality of services provided to taxi passengers. The companies which are members of the Taxi League set internal quality standards for services rendered, based on both Russian and the world’s positive experience in organization of taxi transportation.

The Taxi League designed a taxi business development programme that may be implemented in any region or municipal unit of Russia. Additionally, the Partnership promotes state-of-the-art IT and communications in order to improve a system of distribution of orders among drivers and minimize time of service of cars for taxi customers.

The Taxi League is an interregional organization and has a branch in Moscow. Status of all-Russian organization is expected to be eventually obtained by the Taxi League in order to advance interests of taxi business throughout Russia.

The Taxi League is interested in international cooperation. We actively concern ourselves with international experience in organization of taxi transportation and modern taxi business support technologies. The Taxi League is ready for active collaboration and exchange of experience with international taxi business units and international governments and authorised government agencies supervising taxi business.
